Experience:
Coin material S.Steel t0.1mm, We are experience to make the progressive tooling. Flatness control in +0.05mm We had make the progressive tooling until 3.4 meter (L)x 350(W) and use 600T press machine to testing. We had make the manual tooling 7 process (7 tooling) for chassis, This is so many emboss and the fatness controll very tight (+/- 0.01mm) (part size 580 x 350mm) In out record in 7 year we have not failed to the customer in our making tooling submit sample date and also our tooling quality
