We provide custom tooling fabrication  & design up to 800 tons, and have the ability to produce a range of parts that include finished dimensions with 0.005 mm tolerance. Our vast experience with SPCC, SECC, Stainless Steel, Tin Plate, Aluminium, Copper, Spring Steel & even Invar 36 will be the foundation used to process your parts in our climate-controlled plant.

Our tool shop is equipped with the full range of machines that allow us to offer tooling-design, tool fabrication, tool repair, engineering changes and preventative maintenance on toolings up to 4 meters. Being towardsISO 9001:2000 throughout our plant ensures that we will deliver the tooling you need to keep your metal stamped parts ahead of schedule and within tolerance.

As our machining department fills the daily orders, we are constantly looking for ways to improve each process we encounter. We will typically improve the production rate of transferred or converted lines by a significant amount also reducing scrap and improving measurable quality indicators.
